Our Application Process

At Moultrie Rentals, we keep the application process simple, clear, and efficient but thorough. Our goal is to help you find the right home without unnecessary steps or confusion.

Because we offer a limited number of newer, high-quality homes, we take a structured approach to ensure each property is a good fit before moving forward with a full application.

Step 1: Browse Available Rentals

Start by viewing our available homes and apartments here on our website. Each listing includes photos, property details, and key information to help you find the right fit.

Step 2: Check Availability & Submit Inquiry

When you find a property you’re interested in, click the “Check Availability” button.

This will take you to our secure rental system where you will get an overview of all of our available properties and you can then select the property you are interested in and submit a brief inquiry using the “Send Message” button inside the listing contact box. This step allows us to confirm availability and review your interest before moving forward.

Step 3: Application & Screening

If the home is available and it appears to be a good fit, you’ll be guided through the full application process. This includes standard screening and verification.

Please note:

Applications include a nonrefundable screening fee. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or selection, as all applications are subject to review and qualification criteria. We only proceed with the application step once availability is confirmed and your inquiry has been reviewed.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, please do not call the office after submitting your request. Our team will contact you directly if there are next steps.

Step 4: Approval & Lease Process

Once approved, we will guide you through lease details and the next steps to secure your new home.
